I've been told gogs returns are valid for indeed a month and it would be good to have a gog staffer affirm that the date lodging the ticket is what makes it validly within that month; not when it gets handled by staff.

joppo: It has been said by a blue in another refund thread before, it matters not when the staff gets hold of your ticket, as long as your request was posted before the expiration date the request is valid.

I don't have the time to search for it and can't remember off the top of my head because it was one or two months ago, but I'm sure it was said by a blue
