I cannot seem to find where im supposed to enter my code for a free game, can anyone point me in the right direction?

GOG Games can be redeemed at www.gog.com/redeem

If it's not a GOG game code, you cannot redeem it here.

The link is also given on the page where you can claim the Amazon Prime Gaming code.

On the site, you either open your user menu at the top and choose Redeem a code or you click Redeem code on the left side of the footer near the bottom of the page.

In GOG Galaxy, you click the cogwheel in the top left, choose Add Games & Friends, then Redeem GOG code.

Just in case your question is not for a GOG-key (answers to that have been given a plenty) or the games redeemable on Amazon itself (done via a simple mouse-click), but in regard of the free game(s) redeemable on "Legacy Games":

Those keys have to be redeemed via a link that is somewhat "hidden" in plain sight: (see attachment)

And of course you have to create an account on "Legacy Games".

I just redemmed a code for an smg on cyberpunk 2077 which is an smg but I dont know if its possible to redeem it on gog galaxy i've already tried redeeming thru the >redeem GOG code menu but it didnt work. any help would be appreciated to know if this code is redeemable.

So I'm a Twitch Prime user and always make sure I claim any free games that are advertised, some of theses games were for GOG Galaxy which I didn't have during the time of some of these offers but downloaded it recently to add all my games to it. So far 3 out of 4 of my games have been added successfully and work great, but now when I go to redeem my final GOG code for the game Fallout 2 I get the message "code is being redeemed by someone else" which is impossible because I just downloaded the GOG app a few days ago and nobody has access to my Twitch or Amazon where they can get the code. I have all the proof that I am the owner of the game codes and that I do not have the game that says it's redeemed in my library.

Is this a common problem with this app? Or is Twitch Prime just giving bad codes?

1: You dont need to use Galaxy. You can redeem a code via the website like any decent storefront.
2: How long ago was Fallout 2 given away? Good chance the code has expired.

I have the same problem to redeem my Fallout 2 code. I get "This code is currently being redeemed by someone.". I've tried and waited for days and the message is the same. Is it possible Amazon gave invalid codes?
