So, few years ago, when fallouts were released on GOG, by Interplay, i bought them. Then Interplay lost its rights and Bethesda decided not to sell fallouts on GOG. Now, with return of Bethesda, my fallouts (purchased in the times of Interplay) are not marked as "owned"

Why? They are still in my library and they should be marked as "owned"

There are "two" Fallouts. One is now referred to as "Fallout Classic" and is the licence that everyone owns that bought it prior to its removal. The new one is simply called "Fallout" and is missing the extras. This is the licence you can buy now.

If you look in your account, you'll see that you have "Fallout Classic" and "Fallout 2 Classic" available for download, but you can buy "Fallout" and "Fallout 2".

And what about support and updates? If something is not working on windows 100500 and its need patching will patch be released for old, classic, interplay release?

From what I have read (haven't tried actually redownloading the games), the Fallout Classic downloads have already been updated since the appearence of the "new" versions.

That question is as yet unanswered. I'd like to assume so, especially given that both versions are otherwise identical in terms of the installer. While in practical terms there should be little preventing any updates to the Bethesda version from being fed back into the Interplay version, who knows what clusterfucks the world of IP licensing will bring with it.

GOG already clarified on the difference, and why they don't show as "owned".

And the Fallout titles were updated on Aug 26, 2015, so they're the same version as the recently released ones. See here.
